Welcome

The Regional Partnership on Culture and Development (RPCD) produces and disseminates applied research on development in the Arab region with a focus on democracy and governance, natural resource management and youth. We are actively expanding a community of scholars and practitioners dedicated to generating knowledge and sharing information to improve development in the region.

Established in September 2010, RPCD is a three-year, $7.2 million program funded by USAID’s Office of Middle East Programs (OMEP). RPCD directly supports the seven USAID Missions in the MENA region: Egypt, Jordan, Iraq, Lebanon, Morocco, West Bank/Gaza, and Yemen.
