NIRAS holds a contract with the Swedish International Development Agency (Sida) for the implementation of an International Training Programme in Integrated Sustainable Coastal Development. NIRAS were recently granted an expansion of the contract to offer a programme with a geographical focus on MENA (Middle East and North Africa) countries. 
The programme will be offered with a first part in Sweden in September 2012 and a second part in Jordan in January 2012. Eligible countries are Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon, Palestine (Gaza) and Tunisia.
